Caanen Clegg’s strong desire to serve the people of her community, and to help struggling adults successfully re-enter society is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally. Caanen is originally from Southern California , and now focuses her energies in the field of homeless outreach, criminal justice reform and re-entry services in Nevada. She is an active Board Member and the Secretary for W.H.I.P (Women Helping Indigent People), a Non-Profit organization that provides re-entry services and family reunification services to ex-offenders and their families. Caanen also serves on the Board of Directors for NV-Cure, a nationally recognized Non-Profit organization concerned with Criminal justice reform. Caanen is currently also on the Board of Directors for After Orange, a Non-Profit organization that raises awareness of criminal justice reform issues, and provides re-entry services to ex-offenders through charity, education, and outreach, and Fishing For Hearts, a Non-Profit established to serve homeless youth.
